Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro. No card needed. After that you stay on Free unless you choose a plan.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our reseller, adds any sales tax or VAT due in your country at checkout and shows the total before you pay.
Do I need a student email for Scholar?
No. Scholar is open to anyone. The price is the discount.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Everything you made stays. New answers and AI checks pause until the first of next month, or you can upgrade straight away.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full.
How does Lab billing work?
One invoice for all seats. Add or remove seats at any time and the change is prorated.
